Bad Chinese product
While massaging it hit my knee and suddenly the massager stopped dead. Can’t activate it anymore. Money wasted. Better buy the Panasonic

Dont expect a powerful deep tissue massage
The massage pressure on this is quite low, I have used OSIM products before and they used to have a great model called the ipamper. I bought this as a replacement as my old one is worn out. The uPamper 2 is no where close to the ipamper, the massage pressure on this new machine is too soft for my liking
