Works too well
╔ ■ Price Point / Value: 4/5╠ ■ Quality: 5/5╠ ■ Recommendation: 5/5╠ ☼ Overall: 5/5╠ ►Product Need: Sticky glue traps╠ ►Product Pros: 8 pack - 40 mice, catches mice, guarantee, scented╠ ►Considerations: Humane╠ ►My Review: For some reason my other traps and poison didn’t do the trick of getting rid of the mice in my crawlspace. Sick of seeing them on my cam motion sensor alerts I decided to buy this alternative. The next time I was down there the glue trap was filled at every spot on the large board with 5 mice, with one even alive. I saw it suffering and did make me question my purchase as an afterthought for not being humane, but it needed to be done. I am happy at least that it is effective and priced cheaply. Each trap has its trade offs and I would recommend this for its effectiveness at catching up to 40 mice. I like the guarantee that this comes with too. Its easy to dispose of after as you just fold it up and dump in a bag. Overall I like the glue traps and would recommend if you can get past the humane aspect.

It Works Really Good But It Is Not The Most Humane.
The media could not be loaded. This Mouse Trap Is Probably One Of The Best That I Have Ever Used. So I Had A Mouse Problem At My Work Office & You Know That You Can't Have Rodents In An Office. They Will Start Chewing Cables & Paper, So I Had To Act Fast. I Ordered These Traps On A Tuesday & By Wednesday They Were Delivered, (I Have Prime & I Guess They Weren't Too Far Away From My Work Because They Were Delivered Fast) I Placed Them Down On Wednesday Afternoon & I Left For The Day. On Thursday Morning I Walked Into The Office With The Expectation Of Maybe Only Catching One Or Two, But No, The Traps Had Caught Seven Total. Five In One Trap & Two In Another. It Was Not The Most Humane Way Of Catching These Poor Mice But They Were Causing Trouble Inside My Office. Then On Thursday I Placed Another Some More Traps And I Walked In On Friday & I Caught 3 More Mice.VerdictPros-They Catch Mice-They Are Scented With Peanut Butter So No Bait Necessary-Easy Clean Up-They Come With Many Traps-Big Bang For Your BuckCons-Inhumane-Not For The Squeamish

Better be comfortable using a shovel..
I’m heartbroken. I had two rats living under my deck. One died quickly the other night in a snap trap. Tonight I left out two snaps and this glue traps. I did not think it through. I sincerely thought I would be tough enough to put the rat out of its misery. It was horrible. While I have to give this product 5 stars because it is very effective, I would never use it again because it isn’t a humane way to catch and dispose of an animal. I’m traumatized. I didn’t do a good job of putting him out of his misery. I understand that they’re diseased, disgusting animals, but watching him flounder and struggle was awful! : (

Awesome rodent traps
I live in a older house and yes I get them pesty rodents in my house and I hate having to set up the traps because I always get my fingers now I don’t have to worry about that these traps are very Easy to setup and no more spring loaded traps just lay them down in the floor and let the rodent get stuck and just throw them away in the end

QUICKLY EFFECTIVE
We had a mouse living large in our kitchen and we were going nuts. It lived mostly under the stove but found other crevices. The little containers that would lure them in and trap them didn't work, even when baited with our foods it had gnawed at. A smaller, thinner glue trap didn't, either. Finally I got this glue trap. I opened up two and spread them across the stove width on the floor in front. Within three days it caught the mouse, which had grown into a large rat. It was firmly trapped on the glue. I put the freeloader into a plastic bag, sealed it, and it's in the garbage can. Alive, and I felt some sympathy, but it was a freeloader that dropped droppings and urine wherever it went. (Now I have to clean out under the stove and other places it might have gone under.) I don't know if it went after the peanut butter I smeared on the center knobs (that also kept the glue surfaces from each other), or if it simply had to leave its sanctuary to find food, and had no choice but to try to traverse the glue. So one trap of the two got used up in capturing that rat; the other one still is usable, and I plan to keep the other unused ones for future invaders.

Even tiny mice do NOT stick to the glue.
I was looking for T-Box glue traps which are expensive, but receive great reviews. I think the company has gone out of business and DOOM has bought T-Box's name and/or Amazon page. I lined up six DOOM glue boards around the radiator pipe where I see mice traveling. The mice walked through the glue and made drag marks, but did not get permanently stuck. Perhaps if I'd stayed awake with a heavy shovel and waited for them to be slowed down by the glue, I could have hit them with the shovel, but, short of that, these traps do NOT work. Unfortunately, I am intimately acquainted with the mice who come and go through this particular radiator pipe -- over the last three nights, I hear him/her/them scurrying and I sit quietly and watch them pop out. They are tiny -- not big fat mice (yet!). And, still, they were not trapped by these worthless glueboards. ARRRGHHHH. T-Box, where did you go?

Not strong enough for the rat
The sticky pad did not stop the rat, even though he walked over them many times. The adhesive became stuck to him and then stuck to other things that he touched. He did become wary of them, so that helped. In addition, the adhesive had an odor that lasted for weeks. I am not sure that it would ever go away. Once I through them out, the odor was gone.

We have caught 6 shrew with these
Dang these things work well. I heard something scurrying around IN THE WALL by my fridge. I was totally freaked out, threw this thing down, and the next day a little shrew laid dead on the glue. They are easy to dispose and we have caught at least 6 shrew overall using these. Once there were two on one trap. So creepy.I should also add that the live traps where they spin shut were next to these the whole time, totally untouched for months.
