Garbage and no cunstomer support
Can you connect to this product? Sometimes but mostly not. It simply does NOT do the thing you bought it for - play music.Support is a joke.Buy something else from another companyI will be returning the product to Amazon

Excellent product
I bought the iFi Zen Blue 3 to enable AptX lossless streaming to my Edifier Stax Sprit S5 planar BT headphones that support the AptX Lossless codec. Initially I could't understand why all the codecs worked with the iFi (SBC, AptX, AptX HD, AptX Adaptive and LDAC) but not AptX Lossless. Technical support was extremely fast and helpful - the unit must be in AptX Adaptive mode and after 30 seconds or so it will switch to AptX Lossless - which it does because the indicator LED changes from green (AptX Adaptive) to white (AptX Lossless). I only use the optical input of the iFi Zen Blue 3 which suits me fine.
