Nice portable record player
I really like this record player. It has is own built in speakers those could be louder but it's definitely good for travel or portability. Very pretty pink color. Not hard to setup or use. Good value.

Small and cute
This was a Christmas present for my son, the purple color in the picture is the color purple of the record player. Itâs smaller than I expected but itâs perfect for a 17 y/o with a room full of electronics. Fits perfect in his set up. The sound quality is good! The value of money is worth it!

The daVinci Turntable
The media could not be loaded. The Jorlai is a versatile record player that is compact and can do many things when it comes to vinyl records. When I saw this player, it brought back many memories. I use to have a record player that was similar but not with the abilities this player has compared to the old one I had when I was young.Appearance:I chose the black unit and it did not disappoint. It looks stylish with nice steel corners to prevent damage when in transit if you like. It is compact and the two speakers are on the front with grills to give it a nice appearance.Function:This is where the turntable shines. You can play it with the two speakers on the unit making it mobile. Another option is hooking a set of speakers up to it. Now, this is not a McIntosh or Polk Audio. It does what it says and delivers a good sound. If you do not like the speakers, you can hook it up to a stereo receiver. Another option I like is hooking it up to my laptop using Linux! That is right-Linux! I can convert music from wave analog signal to an mp3 to use on my phone. The program to use is Audacity which you can use for Windows, Apple and Linux. Probably the hardest part on the software is to direct the program to recognize the music through the USB. The instructions helped me through this which is a plus. If you remember the old record players, you had to drop the needle on the album and you had to be careful because the needle could scratch the album. With this unit, you have a lever that lifts up the arm and gently drops it on the album. The turntable has 33 rpm, 45 rpm and 78 rpm. It even comes with an adapter to play 45 records if you still have them. There was an additiona needle which is cool because they can be hard to find now days.Overall:This is a great little player with a lot of options for those looking to play their albums. The sound is not high fidelity but it does sound good. It is a compact daVinci!

Buyer Beware!
Had my FIRST one for 24 hours. Stopped working within a day. VERY DISSAPOINTED. Amazon was kind enough to send a replacement and I did receive an email from Jorlai Support. At first I thought it was a generic/automatic response to my return, but then they responded back to me.So my second player arrives today (Dec 28). The jack keeps sliding back into the player as I try to plug it in. I open it up to see the components that have all the supported jacks are glued together. Junk. I called Amazon again, nice enough to have UPS come pick up the product as I refused to run out after TWO failed attempts.***UNRELATED/OPINION***I would advise customers to spend a little more and go away from the Bluetooth route. The general consesus among the vinyl community is they don't last long nor sound as good as traditional players. Well, obviously I had two that didn't last long or work at all, but it sounded pretty good to me.I spent a little more on a player and going the old school route, had to buy speakers, speaker cables and speaker stands (as my audio table didn't have the sufficient space).***UNRELATED/OPINION OVER***Alas, the novelty is enticing. I do like the "idea" of having something portable. And when it worked, it did the job. But after you spent $$$ on an audio table you spend 2 hours building. After spending $$$ on records and gift certificates so your fiance can enjoy her Christmas gift. You kind of get a sour taste regardless of the nice customer service.THAT being said, Jorlai Support is going to send me a free player and full refund. IF, and only IF, this THIRD player works after a week, I will update this review. Then we will see what a month looks like,

great for old records
Wanted something I could play my dad's old record collection with. Just wanted to pick up something low cost, but was really surprised about how many features it came with. Super easy to use too, didn't even need instructions. Sound is even good. Doesnt take up a lot of space. What more could you need?
