LOVE THIS!
The media could not be loaded. Best light saber ever!! The auto extension and retraction is smooth and the sound effects are great! Super sturdy as demonstrated by my 4 year old here..she also hits it against the walls even when she knows not to! 😅 bonus that it will turn off after inactivity for a few minutes, which saves battery life. Def recommend!

How lightsabers should be!
When i was a kid ive always wanted a lightsaber that retracted and came out al by itself. And ever since finding this item that dream came true. I’m very happy with this purchase and it was such a fair price as well, almost felt like steal. The build quality was good and it didn’t feel flimsy or cheap. Not heavy either, perfect for kids and adults of all ages!

Fulfilled a childhood dream
When I was a boy running around outside all day fighting imaginary foes I had 2 dream toys.1. A Nerf gun with hammer action that would be one hand operational.Enter the Nerf Hammershot.2. A Lightsaber that could open and close by itself, had a belt clip, made the sound fx and could handle dueling.Enter The Power Saber. Seriously, this thing brought me back to my childhood days at the touch of a button. Obviously I'm not a kid anymore (29M), so when sparring with this I'll be careful not to go full force. They do seem very durable for having a complex mechanism. Definitely far superior to anything Hasbro has come up with in years. I got the green and red on sale each for about $30. I don't know if I'd pay the full price, but at half price it was a no brainer.

Makes me feel like a kid again by doing what Disney/Hasbro won't!
I used to collect all of the collapsible lightsabers of the late 90s/early 00s: Luke's, Vader's, Obi-Wan's, Qui-Gon's, Maul's, Anakin's, Dooku's, Mace's, and even the more generic ones that came in colors like orange, Starkiller's, and the Build-a-Sabers. So many great memories unscrewing the tops, plopping in those D batteries, and hearing the sound fx & lights.Fast forward to 2015, the new Force Friday and... to say I was underwhelmed by the saber offerings on hand would be an understatement. The blades were suddenly like a third of the size, opaque, and all around of far cheaper quality. What happened? And things only got worse. We got weird saber pieces to make the silliest, most absurd saber designs -- this isn't even me being an adult who can't enjoy kid toys; as a KID I loved the movie-accurate sabers! Fast forward even further and now we have sabers with handles that have *checks notes* the Mandalorian's head as the hilt... or Grogu's. What. Happened?Enter: POWER SABERS. This is the perfect evolution of all those collapsible saber toys. It's more expensive, sure, but c'mon! This is exactly what Disney was so proud of concocting for their $2 per Person per Minute Starcruiser except *you* didn't get to use, you got to *watch* someone use it, for one second, before awkwardly setting it down behind conveniently placed architecture. With this: YOU are the Jedi( (or Sith) more than ever.Truly amazing. My only critique is that I really wish they had designed a different hilt for the red blade. I sincerely hope they continue making these and earn as much money as possible to expand things: new saber colors -- blue, yellow, purple, orange, white! New hilt designs! Shinier metallic hilts & more paint (e.g. black) to add more visual flair to the hilts, etc. Double bladed variants! Crossguard! Possibilities are endless.

Childhood Dream come true!!
This lightsaber is the toy that would have blown me away bigger than the Death Star laser when I was a kid! I'm so grateful for this finally coming to exist! The motion sounds are time accurate, the glow is spot on, and the blade function.... I'm speechless! Every Star Wars kid, young and old, should have this!

Not good!
Do not do it! This item broke within 10 min of my son playing with it. And to top it off, the customer care department is SO hard to work with. I still have not been able to replace my child gift he was so excited about. This was a cool idea and we were so exited but it has turned it to an awful experience.
