Bought 3, one did not work.The LED light comes on first, when LED light switches off, then the UV light comes on. The UV light is really feeble and will only affect the side of the pan on which the device is placed, and not even the whole that side. If you are purchasing this just for the UV function then I would not bother. If you are purchasing just for the LED light and movement detector then it is OK, and fit for purpose. It could do with a slightly stiffer part that you bend over the edge of the pan. It sometimes falls off on to the floor, fortunately never in the pan!

I purchased this item for my grandson and elderly father for when they need to get up during the night for the toilet. Its exactly as described and is perfect for guiding the way to the loo without putting overhead, bright light on which either wakens the whole house or is so bright it awakens my grandson who then finds it difficult to get back to sleep. I loved the added feature of UV Sterilisation attached. I would recommend this product and would definitely have no hesitation in recommending the seller to friends and family

Bought this on 4th Nov 2018 with a 1 year guarantee. It packed up after about 6 weeks despite new batteries. Was not going to bother reviewing but would not want others to get caught the same way. Have tried several of these and they all packed up after a few weeks. Novel idea but a waste of money.

We've had this toilet bowl light only 6 months, and the "plastic arm" between the light and the control, which sits under the toilet bowl has cracked and exposed the wires. Its only ever been lifted off to clean, and we have a standard toilet, and have not had to bend or alter the arm to fit it on. The actual light has been working fine, but the quality of the plastic is poor.

Saw this at a friends house and decided to buy one for myself, my daughter found it hilarious but I often forgot to turn the bathroom lights on at night so this is perfect for me when I wake up at middle of the night. It was easy to install just put batteries in and hang to ur toilet voila.

Disappointing doesn't last long soon breaks , loved it but after having two of these it waste of money because they dint last long and changing the battery isn't very successful , I huge novelty to start with but soon dies once the light starts malfunctioning

Feel this may be more of a novalty item than having much functual use. Marked down two stars as doesn’t hang on our toilet well and falls off when the seat is lifted.

Cheap, but not brilliant. If you’re looking for a one off novelty, it’s fine. But don’t expect that it will stay attached to the toilet or work every time.
