Small and neat
Much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Quick and easy to set up and works perfectly with Zigbee devices.

Does what it needs to do
Quite expensive for a gateway but does what it needs to do. Only using it for one device at the moment given the diversity of smart device platforms.

It does what it says on the box, but have to use their app
The setup process as finicky as you would expect but works.It does what it says it does...but I suppose you have to be ok with some app having control over the info and this node and all the equipment connected to it...

does not work with alexa
item does not work with alexa as its not compatible as alexa does not actually detect the device , false advertising. i tested it thouroughly all apps and app conecting with alexa is fine. but when it syncronises the apps say not compatible with alexa and alexa does not detect the devices. not a good product does not do what it advertises. i tried both smart home and tuya app, both apps usless with alexa. no i have to send it back wasted my time and inconvenience to get money back.

Smart Lock Gateway
The product arrived on time and well packaged. Connecting to the Tuya app was very easy then I linked it up with my Quoya smart door lock. Highly recommended

Can’t really work out how to use it. But that’s probably my problem although I’m fairly tech savvy and fine with other smart devices. Will update if I get any further

I expect it is fine if you can connect it
Well it is very small and neat, but totally failed to connect to the Tuya App. 2.4 G wifi, set up fine, recognised by the app but fialed to connect after multiple different attemps
