service of shipping was no match to Amazon primes service since it took over 2 days to ship, BUT the quality of the part compared to the OEM is great, The OEM has a flaw in the strength of the plastic and or the amount of material where is attaches to the cable of the electric window regulator. I have seen countless Jeep Liberty with windows with tape holding up the window due the OEM part failing prematurely until they revised on the 2006 models. The MOPAR part I purchased which had the the upgraded model work, but wouldn't attach to the base of the window so that was a dissapointing since the parts counter told me that is all they offer and it does not fit the 2004 model glass window, but did work as a temporary fix until I located these parts.I replaced with this part and the problem has been solved for 12 months and counting..FYI don't waste your time debating the sluggish shipping from this vendor since the customer service from this vendor he is a little cocky and thinks he puts his pants on 2 legs at a time, unlike the rest of us that put them on 1 leg at a time.

Its definitely better then the original. I'm having issues with it staying locked in place and have had to adjust it twice so the window smoothly raises back up. The metal design is definitely stronger then the original plastic one. Crossing my finger it doesn't burn out the power window motor for that side of the door. The window has been sticking a lot as a result of what I think are the above issuesPros: Strong and well built.Cons: Worried it might be too heavy and putting stress on the motor. Also not sure why it doesn't raise the window straight up. Seems to tilt it at an angle that causes friction along one of the tracks.Drives side front window.

I have used this part (different for each door) on three of the four doors on my Jeep Liberty. I was about to do the fourth one, but discovered that motor housing was damaged too. Oh well, know the part would have worked, plenty of experience here.

I bought this, and it was the wrong type, Dispite all indications otherwise. I ended up buying  4 Piece Set Front & Rear Power Window Lift Regulator Repair Kits Replacement for Jeep SUV 4589265AD 4589266AD  for my mid-year liberty.

With a bit of fussing around, you can get the part in. The instructions aren't amazing but there is enough other content out there to get the job done.

This is the 3rd window Ive had to repair... I have repaired all with these metal brackets, and have had great success. I am waiting for that 4th one to break anytime now... but then will never have to worry about it again! Easy to use great product.

great replacement. You will have to grind down the spring coil that threads into this but once that is done, you never have to worry about this breaking again
