Love this sauce — I use it on vegetables and as a substitute (that I actually prefer to hollandaise sauce) on Eggs Benedict. Quick, easy, affordable, elegant and delicious.

Only Knort will do. Great taste.
Only consider the Knort brand...ten times better than the others and so easy to make. Dip your steak in it and enjoy.

Not really Bearnaise
Easy to make, but not really a Bearnaise sauce though since the herb flavors are absent. It's more like a passable Hollandaise sauce.
