Paid less than £3 for this as a used item. Absolutely superb. All the classics from Levi Stubbs and the others that brought back so many memories for someone who was a teenager in the late 1960's.

It is hard to go wrong with a Four Tops hits collection, and this is no exception. You get 24 fabulous tracks by one of the best vocal groups of all time, and all for less than a fiver. And as if that's not enough, buy it from Amazon and they'll throw in a free MP3 copy. How good is that? There are classics aplenty to enjoy here. Pick of the bunch...REACH OUT, I'LL BE THERE - One of the best tracks ever from Motown. Levi Stubbs delivers his rousing lines with conviction (even though it is said that, initially, he wasn't impressed by the song)ASK THE LONELY - Stunningly haunting, with emotive vocals and a touching lyricWALK AWAY RENEE - Musical perfection. A seriously strong sung, and the ultimate interpretation of itMy only reservation about this album - and the reason why it falls short of five stars - is the absence of "BABY I NEED YOUR LOVING", possibly the Four Tops' finest moment. Put this aside, however, and you have an admirable CD, and a digital copy to boot.

One of the great groups from Motown

The Four Tops have been going for years. (I've seen them 7 times over the last 4 decades, up to 2004, though line up had change a few times!) Every 'chart hit' song they recorded is on this compilation so there's bound to be a favourite track for any fan of this Top group. A definite must for those who like soulful vocal groups. Nice!!

CD arrived 2 days from order.Ha cannot comment on sound quality as I’m playing it on 1980’s Technics CD player.So I guess it doesn’t do any good or bad favours for this disc. The disc itself was in perfect condition, no jumping etc so far. All I can say is listening to all theses hits, has brought back a lot of memories, and I can’t believe I’m writing this ,but they don’t make songs like this anymore. Even if all the hits are not on this disc, cds can be easily picked up on Amazon at a reasonable price.I’m absolutely sure you’ll be bopping around to this and remembering with whom and where you were. If your new to it “Enjoy”

I saw the Four Tops live at Boston Symphony Hall in the 60’s it was an extraordinary experience as Motown defined my generation and started the long painful journey of African American acceptance in AmericaIt was one of the happiest moments of my life and each day I start my car I am immediately greeted with The Four Tops CD which puts a smile on my face and warmth in my veins which I spread to everyone I interact with each and everyday Sincerely Michael Capizzi
