Good support
This belt does offer good support but i found it uncomfortable to sit down in so often found myself taking it on and off. It really did help with my SPD when walking though! Wold recommend buying the largest size if you are second/third trimester as you can adjust it with the velcro straps to make it smaller and then it wouldn't be uncomfortable to go from standing to sitting in it. I bought the medium size and think the problem was it was just a bit too small for my huge bump!
