Slightly small
This frame is beautiful. It shipped and arrived on time. This would be a 5 star review except that the frame is slightly small. It’s listed as a 4x6 on Amazon and the sample image also says 4x6, but when I went to insert a 4x6 photo it was too big. I grabbed a ruler and found that the frame is actually 3.75x5.75 inches. And it’s not just that that’s the viewable surface with 1/4” hidden behind the frame, no that’s the actual space you have to insert the picture. So you need to cut a 1/4” off both vertically and horizontally. But then if you want the center of your picture to still be the center you really have to cut 1/8” off all 4 sides. That’s a very delicate and precise cut especially assuming you don’t have a fancy paper cutter and are just using scissors.Overall I am pleased with the frame and will keep it, but I was disappointed when I tried to put in a picture of our kids to give to my wife for her birthday.

The hanging heart was not really brown as pictures show and was more of a forest green color

Not worth the money, unless you know how to improve the finish on the heart detail
Really thought the quality would be better! Very disappointed, as bought for a gift. The heart detail was horrendous and looked tacky and rushed in production. Had to improve by re staining, which I shouldn’t have to do. Do not buy not worth the money.

Damaged and mouldy - What a shame
Just received and it’s damaged and been fixed by seller but still can see the damage, it’s part of an engagement gift so I’m not happy!!!! Surely they saw this before sending it outAlso if was all mouldy on the back

Frame with unusual stain
Item arrived with unusual stain on the right hand side, not sure if it is deliberate but ruins the look of the frame. Disappointed as it was to be a gift.
