Great noodles, not so great packaging
These noodles are great since they are individually packaged for easy single serve meals. I feel like it would be a waste if you were making a big batch of something for a family with all of the plastic waste, and there might be a better "bulk option" out there. My only gripe is that I needed to whip out my phone to get directions for prep (open and heat). I would have appreciated a small English blurb, or even a QR code to a website for recipies or instructions in other languages. I'm usually OK with non English packaging for really well known items or things that are ready to eat out of the package, but since this is more of an ingredient, I would have liked to have some info on the bag to tell me what to do without needing to look things up myself.

I like these!
While I would have appreciated some information/instructions in English, as opposed to just the ingredients and nutritional info), I quite like these as a quick, easy-to-use base for a stir fry. I sauteed some tofu and broccolini with garlic, then added a package of these noodles (which unravel from a solid mass as soon as you put them in a pan or pot), added some light sauce, and voila--dinner!They have a texture akin to glass noodles, though they're probably more like some of the 0 carb noodles on the market.I'm quite happy with these and will use more in the future. The taste is completely neutral, so I can add them to whatever I like, with no worries about a weird taste or texture.

Such weird gooey texture
I have had konjac before. This noodle seemed to be a little more gooey than it normally is supposed to be

24 servings of noodles
I've never tried konjac noodles before. They are just like almost any other ramen noodles I've tried. They definitely need flavor. They fry up easily though if you like pan fry. I usually do a pan fry noodle toss similar to fried rice or stir fry when I do ramen noodles. I also like them in soups. They flavor easily and hold on to sauces just fine. They aren't slimy. The package is in a bag, which is somewhat cumbersome for the cupboard. I had to find a little box to put them in. I guess a medium sized box... There are 24 packs in here and the instructions are not written in my native language. So I had to guess as to what I was doing, but it's not too hard to figure out. I hope I'm cooking them right. They taste just fine and seem to be okay. They are pricey though for ramen noodles. But they aren't crazy amazing outside of being lower carbs than normal. Outside of being lower carbs than normal.

Not Sure
What a giant bag of noodles! 24 packagesFrankly although these are very interesting unless you eat a lot of noodles, you will have these for a very long time. My package has an exp date of Nov 24, so basically 6 months. They don’t have a lot of flavor and will work well in soups, but the package is so big, I doubt if they can be used up. These did cook up nicely, and basically they are just “noodles”.

Konjac noodles
I have had shirataki noodles before so I am not unfamiliar with this type of noodle. They're becoming more popular since they are low calorie, low carbs and high fiber. I will say that I did not like the packaging the noodles came in. All of the labels and instructions were not in English. But you can find the instructions here on Amazon. I did like that the noodles were individually packaged and that there was no real prep or cooking to be done. You can essentially just add them to your favorite sauce or broth and you're good to go. Some people may not like the texture but I am now used to it. They don't really have a strong taste so they just pick up the flavor of the sauce or broth, which is fine with me. Good choice for people watching their calories and carbs.

Great Noodles, Individually Packaged
I was really happy with these noodles. I made a huge pan of veggies and tossed in two of these packets. The noodles soaked up the sauce very well and tasted great. It made enough for my whole family. They don't really taste like anything by themselves, so they take up the taste of whatever you cook them with. I really like the individual packets, which make these super easy to use and versatile. Toss them in ramen, broth, stir-fry, or whatever. If I could change one thing, I would suggest that English instructions be included if these are being sold to an American demographic.

24 packets of ramen noodles, end of story.
...Okay, there has to be more to the story, I guess. This products comes in a large plastic zip-lock bag, with 24 individually wrapped clearly-packaged ramen packs. The instructions and packaging are entirely in a non-English language. I would suggest if they are going to sell this product to the US customer, this should absolutely include English-language ingredient list and other information. Thankfully you've got that here at the website, but it should be in the packaging as well. Along with instructions on preparation. Does this need to be refrigerated? How many minutes should it boil in water for? Not that it's complicated, but it should be standard-issue for non-prepared food items. The texture is a little tougher than your typical ramen noodle, and a very slight variation of flavor, just barely enough to mention... I mean, you're gonna want to bombard this fiber-rich ramen with some flavor, right? Attached is my first improvised dish with this noodle, it was great! At what seems like a hefty almost-a-buck-and-a-half per small noodle packet, and lacking any catering to the US market, I can give a mild recommendation to this as it's currently being sold.
