I just placed my second order of this elixir because my first 20 packets are almost gone. Honestly, I felt the effects on day one. After drinking my first packet, I had an incredible energy boost — I worked on my project for more than 12 hours without a single drop in focus or fatigue.To be fair, I had just completed a 3-day fast and was two days into refeeding when I tried it for the first time. Maybe that made the effect even more noticeable — but either way, this blend really works for me.I usually mix it into about half a liter of warm water and drink it in the morning, often with a small bite of something tasty. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to start the day.I don’t drink coffee or consume anything with caffeine, so finding something that helps me stay alert and productive is a game-changer. Highly recommend trying it — especially if you’re caffeine-free and looking for long-lasting focus and mental clarity.

I admit the flavor is nto great ans a bit expensive, but it actually has been helping me. Its been a month and I dont really drink energy drinks anymore

This is my go-to when I need to focus my mind or prepare for any tests. I work with numbers and when I need to do complex calculations or figure things out or take any tests, this is the drink for me. I just mix it in my coffee or tea and my mind is sharp and clear. I highly recommend it and it is a great value for the money.

I have tried two of them...The "Boost"Taste: This one tastes the best IMO. Plain or with mixer/sweetener it has an pleasant, mild earthy taste.Effect: Provides focus more than energy, not the punch of coffee or tea, because it's not a stimulant, and because its not, you don't experience a crash. I rather like the taste and effect.The "Calm"Taste: This one has an unpleasant aftertaste for me, with or without mixer/sweetener, so I tend to just mix it plain and slam it LOL.Effect: Not a super noticeable effect or feeling per se, but I definitely seem to have an easier time getting to sleep and seem to sleep a touch better, if I have it close to bed, which is why I deal with the taste. For taste alone I prefer the "Boost", but I wouldn't recommend that close to bed. I don't know that it would keep you up, but I couldn't see it improving the quality of your sleep either.

I ordered/received this accidentally when reordering my Four Stigmatic Instant Mushroom Coffee packets. I love the instant coffee packets. No issues with those, but these elixir mixers are nearly impossible to mix in. If you have a frother, it would probably be fine, otherwise it takes a solid 10-15 minutes to fully blend it in and that is with vigorous spoon stirring and squishing it up against the side of a cup. If I have packets of something, that means it's more of an on-the-go item so it's irritating that I have to wait for this to blend without the use of other tools.I've tried a bunch of other methods to see what would work for getting it to blend easier/faster and all have failed. (I don't have a frother though.) It does eventually blend in on its own but by the time that happens, your coffee will be cold.It has little to no taste, not even a slight mushroom taste like their coffees do, so while in theory it sounds great if you don't like the taste - but it leaves me to wonder if it isn't as potent as the others.It's expensive for what it is.It has to be added to your usual coffee/tea and isn't a standalone.I haven't noticed a difference with this in my coffee compared to other mushroom additives or even their own mushroom coffee.Not a fan of this. Get their coffees instead or if you just want something to add mushrooms, I like the Naturealm Sacred 7 powdered mushrooms. I ran out so I started using these elixir packets instead just to use them up and they're just not as beneficial. Maybe it's because I'm used to more mushrooms and this one only has a couple, I don't know.

Liked the product... paid $21 .... now it's $28! No thanks. :)
