Never worked
Unfortunately this product works intermittently. Works for a very short time and then stops. So unuseable. I've not had time to report this.

Two pin plug
The charger for this item, has only a two pub plug. I have had to use a plug travel adapter to charge it. So far seems ok. Luckily I was able use the travel plug otherwise it would be useless. All the instructions are in English, doesn,t give any indication that it is not compatible for UK use.

Not effective
Was looking to mainly remove small amount of hair on upper arm, found myself going over and over the same area struggling to remove even just a few hairs.When applied to a concentrated hair area it was better but ended up leaving quite a few and was back to going over and over. Returned and got a braun

Great little shaver
Lovely little shaver but no matter how I use it which is most days I get a shaving rash so not the best for me, but who knows it could be ok for you.all that said I would still recommend this shaver

Doesn't serve purpose
It doesn't work, spent 40 mins on one leg, didn't do anything.
