Comfortable, blacks out all light so that’s a win. However if you have a nose, it doesn’t exactly line up very well when sleeping

Fantastic, comfortable and not heavy on the face. The fabric is nice and the construction seems very good. I found for meditation the blackout helps me naturally still the mind. It's really useful to find quiet stillness. I only bought this product because it was suggested by my teacher... now I'm a convert to using this mask whenever I meditate.

This is, by a long way, the best night mask I have used. It shuts out more light than any I've previously used. Whilst quite bulky, it is comfortable and fits almost like goggles, well clear of the eyelids.

They are really light and comfortable. The tightness/tension can be easily adjusted to ensure a good fit can be had for all head shapes/sizes.2. The quality was very good and I'm sure they'll last if I look after them.3. As they are a large, wide fit, there's no light seepage and they are truely blackout. I was waking up earlier than needed most days due to the lighter mornings but now I've had to set an alarm just to make sure I wake up as everything still looks really dark.4. My sleep quality and duration has improved dramatically. This has left me feeling more energetic and has improved my general mood.I wholeheartedly recommend this product, so much so that I bought another one for a friend who is a professional sportsman and he's now sleeping better than ever.I was skeptical that the mask would work and felt a bit silly when first wearing them but that's long gone!! I got these in readiness for our summer holidays. But I have actually been using them at home.Youmcan use them to sleep on your side, just. I don't think formsome they will be suitable for side sleeping. The strap is very comfortable and easy to adjust. The mask as claims sits offmyour eyes.I must add I purchased a £32 pair also from Amazon, they are not as comfortable or as effective as this pair which were under £10.

I found the mask very good initially and blocked the light really well. But after just 4 weeks of usage it became loose and now there is light bleeding issues and slide off easily.
