Q: Is this the same as the Mustela Dermo-Cleansing? If so, has anyone noticed a difference in the new product?

No difference. But I prefer the old one better because it lather well.

Q: Has anyone compared this to their stelatopia line? my lo has dry skin that thrives on the stelatopia but it's twice the price of this gel cleanser.

I have used both I liked this a little better because after a bath and then twice after I would just wet a cotton ball and apply my baby had dry skin and eczema it was hard to clear - this did the trick for her 😉 hope this was helpful
