Dont buy this product unless you want it to start to malfunction in only 3-4 weeks and cabt get a refund after a month. Do not buy

I would like a refund or a new strikepack usb cable as the cable snapped randomly without me touching it when I put my controller down I don’t know if it was a dodgy cable or not but it randomly broke a refund or a new cable would be highly appreciated other than that it’s anazing

I've had 3 Zen's, the original strike pack for PS4 and Xbox, the eliminator for ps4, basically all of collective minds cheating gizmos.The Strike Pack Horizon for the Xbox with the Mobile App is without a doubt the best, better than the zen, it's the phone App that does it, no PC or zen studio needed except to update the software when new.Pity you can't get one for the ps5, that would be great.The zen doesn't work consistently well with a ps5.

My son asked for this to help with his Gaming. I was dubious it would work but since he’s used it, he has noticed a big difference in his gameplay. It really helps minimise the recoil in shooting games. He wouldn’t be without it now. The item easily connected to his controller and isn’t too big or cumbersome. A yes from us!

Terrible it doesn't work properly, well it does until you change settings in the app then it stops working.Trying to contact the supplier is difficult. Sent two contact requests and had no reply. A lot of money to spend for faulty products.Poor customer service.

My grandson loves this...but takes a few settings to get it right he says...

Product itself is good, the included cable is terrible and broke in a month but its easy to replace as its a normal usbc cable
