It Worked for me
Having had puddles of water on my garage floor due to a hardwood weather strip not working very well, I decided to try this weather strip. It was December, cold and wet when I fitted it; not ideal conditions, so I didn't think it would adhere to the floor.I had removed the hardwood weatherstrip, cleaned and dried the wet floor underneath where it had been.Laying out the new strip I realised I needed to cut and shape either end, to enable the strip to slide under the garage door runners. The strip cut easily enough with a stanley knife and I tried each end for fitting under the runners before I put any adhesive down. It was colder than recommended for the adhesive, so the adhesive was a bit slow coming out of the tube. Never the less I managed to lay the weather strip, get both ends under the door runners and have enough adhesive to go around the outer edges of the garage door runners fittings. It has been down 3 months now. I have driven over it many times now in my old car, which is about 1.5ton weight. The strip has not failed in any way and I have not had the slightest amount of rain get beyond it during some of the heaviest downpours recently. Very pleased.

Good quality strip and adhesive
I'd been looking at these for years and getting fed up with leaves filling my garage. This was a better price than some in the past (others asking Β£90 for a double garage strip of rubber was taking the Michael) so I bit the bullet. The strip seems excellent heavy rubber quality. Fitting was not too bad. Turns out my floor is not quite level so the strip does not completely seal the door in one place. I had to have several goes at placing the strip to get the best result before gluing. Very pleased with the difference it makes.Tips:-- If you have any obstructions to the strip at the sides of your door, try laying the strip outside first and closing the door on it to see if that works The cut a groove in the back of the strip if that helps it fit better.- Try closing the door against the strip whilst its light outside and dark in the garage and then push the strip up to the back of your door to cut out the daylight at the gap.- After positioning the strip use a Sharpie to draw lines along the floor. Run a line of glue/sealant about 10mm inside the lines so that it does not spread out from under the seal when fitted.

It works
This is working very well. There was a large gap between the doors and the floor and as the doors face the prevailing wind water came in every time it rained. So far it has kept most rain out, just a little is getting in at the edges. More sealant needed round the frame I think. My friend put it down and it was easy for him. Put it down, stand inside the garage and make sure there is as little daylight showing as possible, draw a line and then put the adhesive down before putting strip back down. I have a double garage and this pack did both doors easily. Itβs also stopping a lot of the dust and leaves etc getting in. Great value for money. Wish I had done it when I moved in a few years ago.

Don't rely on the sealant alone, bolt it down with some flat bar and never look back.
Easy to install however as i had sealed my concrete floor the sealant started lifting away within a few weeks (wouldn't bond to the sealant) and water started coming into garage again. Got some alloy flat bar and more sealant, drilled floor and refitted with fresh sealant this time bolting it down with the flat bar and it has been great ever since.

Good strong seal & good customer service from the supplier.
The adhesion was very good & has stuck really well on my concrete garage floor.Just to say that for the 14ft seal you receive two tubes of adhesive which was confusing as Amazon donβt state that but advertise a third party seller selling extra adhesive.

Very good product worth some DIY skill
The water would leak under the garage door when it rained, not anymore.Good packaging and good amount of adhesion glue.Easy enough to install; just like doing gallbladder surgery, watch some YouTube videos and crack on.

Good robust product
Good practical product Two tips: Roll it out flat and let it settle before fixing it in place and note the warning on the instructions about the very black adhesive - you can't get it off of clothing and the like...
