Helps me to drink more water on a daily basis

I bought a random pack, and so far I've tried two of them. I've had both of the flavors before, so I know that I like them. But these ones do not taste right! Right away I noticed that they are much weaker than they should be (instead of having it set on a 2 like I normally would, I had to turn it up to 5, and even though that's stronger, it still tastes off.) One of the cartridges had a box that was wrinkled like it had been wet, which is fine, but when I pulled the cartridge out of the box, it also had sticky residue all over it as if it leaked at one point.The package also came with a disclaimer inside that warned about reporting packages as lost or damage, and it said that if you do so, you will be seriously investigated because it's a "federal crime." While I understand that people abuse that system, I think that if you are having that big an issue with people reporting damaged packages, you should find out what you're doing wrong and not blame the customers. I won't be reporting the damage, but I definitely won't be buying them here again.**UPDATED** Changed to a one star because every one of the cartridges tastes bad.

Love the taste, makes it easier to drink water

I took a risk and felt adventurous placing this purchase but was relatively surprised when it came in and like quite a few of the flavors. I only had one flavor pack that was busted but still useable.

I ordered it before I read the reviews, but it's honestly not bad at all.It doesn't smell, look bad, and I don't think they taste bad either.Packaging is very nice, but I do wish there was an option for flavors. I don't really drink tea so I'm not sure if I'm going to use those flavors.But, all in all, very nice. 👍
