I like the concept, idea, and design of this toy. However, there are some drawbacks.Pros:-App controlled via Bluetooth-More than enough interactive motions-Heavy, seems well-made-Runs smoothlyCons:-The rubber grommet for the USB cover is hard to remove-Micro-USB port; everything is USB-C nowadays-Loud, especially on hard floors (not a problem if you have carpet)-You need to register to use the app-Bad app interface-App control is slow and not intuitive-I made sure it's charged, but the app is still having trouble finding the device sometimes.

Initially the app registration process fail and never send verification code to me, I was frustrated and stuck with not able to use the product. The fact of registration requirements before able to use product is questionable. After gave up after multiple attempts few days ago, I gave it another try today, the registration server become responsive and allow me to finish registering. Have a 15mins play time with my dog and she still warming up to it. Gave it 4 star for the fun and design of the pet toys, couldn’t give the last star due to the frustration I have to go through with the registration for last few days.
