To get it to the right inflation size, measure the ball's circumference around its widest part with a measuring tape. If this is 172cm the ball has a 55cm diameter, if it is 204cm, it has a 65cm diameter and if it measures 235cm it has a 75cm diameter. Simply inflate to the required diameter. Once inflated, quickly remove the pump connector and insert the stopper pin.
