This tracker has done exactly what I’d hoped - track a vehicle’s movement. The app works as it should. I had an initial issue of it being offline but Miguel from the company corrected it very quickly. I had another issue later that was user error where I logged in with the wrong server. Again, Miguel helped me see my error.Overall it’s a great little device. This device when paired with an extension cable helps with the discreet factor if your concerned about it sticking out like a sore thumb. Although even without it, it is pretty small.The initial free 3 months was the biggest seller for me when choosing between all of the gps products on Amazon and it worked out nicely.

Worst ever, I'd give zero stars if possible. Tracker showed up with sim card already inserted. Downloaded everything as instructed and the location came back to another country. Says sim card was used in 2009 . Complete waste of time and money. Someone used it, packaged it and sold it as new. 150$ wasted. Do not buy from them. Crooks.

I recently purchased the OBD GPS tracker, which comes with a preactivated SIM card. I installed it in my vehicle, drove around for a couple days, and accessed the website for tracking information As an engineer myself, I give the product 5 stars on the basis of price, quality, simplicity, and customer support. First, the "teaser" price of $39 made it easy to buy and try it out for three months free without ANY monthly fees. Second, the small compact unit reflected high-quality production and (after inserting the SIM card into the tracking device) it just snapped into the vehicle's ODB port in a couple seconds. I noticed that the internal battery was dead upon arrival of product (i.e., the status indicator LEDs did not activate when inserting the SIM card), but the internal battery automatically charged when plugged in the vehicle ODB port. Third, when I misunderstood website login instructions and text my issue to customer support on a Saturday morning, I got a rapid response from a real live person in less than a minute. That was incredible! Also, I was pleased that the instructions were written in plain simple English and not cryptic Chinese-English like many electronic products. And fourth, the website to obtain tracking information is loaded with historical tracking data and also permits real-time tracking. The user interface may take some time to get use to, but after 15-20 minutes of use, I had no problem viewing selected tracking routes on Google Maps or getting other tracking data from the menus. The product is very highly recommended.

Easy to set up and worked perfectly. Web interface has a lot to offer and is a great way to track your mileage for work drive time and distance.The guys over at AES are great to deal with if you have questions.

Perfect little device. Unpack, plug in, and done. Just a few things to be aware of. 1) At this time their tracking info is only available in Metric measurements and not Imperial (MPH vs. KPH) 2) If you aren't familiar with GPS Shift, you will be. Best price on the market for device with 20sec refresh rate and 3 months free service makes it even better! Worth every penny!

This product does not work and the seller has very poor customer service.

Too little to late, I bought for my wife new car, not thinking about my car. Which I had most of my mechanical positions. needless to say my car got stolen.. I know I should of bought 2 gps devices. What a surprise it would have been showing up where car was being ransacked.It keeps recorded track of vehicle has been, when daughter or son in town I know where to pick it up, as they end up getting ride home.I am impressed and ordering 2nd tracking gps..
