Brilliant kit
I purchased this as I wanted to get into sourdough making. I found most of the kits were really pricey with not everything included. This kit came well packaged with everything I need. The quality of the items I feel is to a high standard and it works well. My dough has never stuck to the liner and it had made baking sourdough bread a dream! So easy to use!

Very good set for beginners
Amazing for a beginner getting into sourdough! This set gives you everything you need to get started and feel like you have all the tools. Would be a nice gift too for someone. with it only coming with one liner I would consider in the future getting more but for the last couple of months it has been perfect. The bowl also fits a shower cap over perfect - great for proving!

Generally very good. Easy to use with the scraper feeling very well made. Good value considering all included. However the basket cover sheds lots of material.

Love this proofing basket, making Sure you put plenty of flour around first to stop sticking, then it works a treat giving a nice pattern when turned out. Tip. Keep a small hard brush to clean out flour when finished.
