The mug is well designed and comfortable to use. However, after washing, water has leaked into the inner lining. Most likely through the places where the handle is attached. Poor welding/construction. This means an empty cup still makes a sloshing sound. I'm not sure if it affects the insulation or not. Or what the long term effect will be of having the water trapped inside the cup. I would not purchase again.New Entry...,I’ve been able to get the water out of the inner liner by putting the cup in the oven with the handle facing down. Bake at 300 degrees for an hour.

One of the mugs has water inside the double wall construction after washing. I have attempted to remove the water by shaking, by allowing to sit on its side with the facing down and by placing the mug in a warm oven with the handle facing up in an attempt to get the water to evaporate. I am out of ideas.

Would give a 5, but one of the 4 I ordered rusted around the lip. Otherwise, keeps coffee nice and warm.

Love these mugs look great on my breakfast table. Love the double walled effect of the mugs makes my coffee nice and insulated. Me and my husband and really enjoying these mugs definitely recommend this product! Great price and great quality.

May be double wall, but doesn’t keep coffee much warmer than a plain tin cup.

Perfect coffee mugs! Love that it's insulated so hot coffee can actually stay hot even while taking care of kids and getting distracted in middle! ;)

These mugs are amazing. Our coffee tastes really good in these and they look super nice next to our new coffee machine.
