It's not food grade!
I bought 1 kg based on the answer that said it was food grade. It's not. It says "For external use only" on it, and it smells and tastes slightly chemical, like soap. I'm sure it would be fine for lotions etc. but for cooking it's no good.

Smells great and feels great when melted. I used it to make body cream with other essential oil.. Works wonders.

Misleading Description - Unsuitable for food uses
Despite the listing giving you a range of food related uses for this product the packing states "For external use only" and the butter itself has a chemically/soapy taste and smell, making it completely unsuitable for cooking. Very misleading description.
