Absolutely great

These are very helpful. I was suffering from pain in my elbows due to putting too much pressure on my fingers. Without these I'd had to stop working out.However, due to the sharp edges of the metal part, the fabric is likely to be torn over time depending on the weight. I bought a heavy duty thread from Amazon (shown in the picture) and have sown the fabric. It seems to be working. I highly recommend this and hopefully these will last longer.The seller is also very responsive and professional. Thank you!

I use these on a pull up bar.I have slim wrists and small hands and they adjust to fit well with the velcro.I couldn't grip and my fingers would let go before wearing these. These hooks remove that feeling and I can hang for double the time without finger or hand pain.My wrists and hands feels supportive.

I have very small wrists and was concerned these wouldn’t work for me but they are great! Previously I’ve used straps but find these a pain to put on one handed. These hooks have changed my lifting life! Bit stiff to get on to start with when brand new but I’ve left them done up when not using and now they’re super easy. Would recommend!

Bought this to assist with deadlift and pull up. I find the cup shape not very adaptable /flexible , ended up replacing this with leather grips which work very well
