Huge thumbs up on customer service and standing behind their product. The set of 8 jars we ordered separately came with lids that shrunk after a single top-rack dishwasher run. Wouldn't fit any longer and split along the edge; some won't even stay on. Gian with Ultimate was very courteous and apologetic; sending replacements as soon as I completed a very brief service form. They do recommend handwashing but the lids that were on the jars with the yogurt maker don't split or shrink after repeated top-rack washings; they're marked inside, "LDPE" (Low Density PolyEthylene). Those that split are marked PE (PolyEthylene).Again, LOVE the yogurt maker; easy to use and reliable. Customer service is fantastic!

Terrific, quality product. Packaging was well-insulated with foam fittings. Covers for jars are tight and secure of leaks. Great for yogurts, dressings, puddings, herbs, and more!

Excellent customer service! The jars are a great size & make the yogurt making convenient, the best part was when I unexpectedly melted the lids sterilizing them in boiling water. I reached out to the seller to see how I could buy replacement lids & they were happy to send me a whole new set of jars. Thank you so much! My only "negative" feedback would be to include a comment on sterilizing the lids to avoid thi!

Works so great, so easy to use and clean.Been making 36 hour product, comes outterrific. And my body says "thank you very much"with single cultures. Love the ease. Amazed at howlight it is!

These jars are beautiful and sturdy. They are a perfect size for the yoghurt and I have gotten a lot of compliments with people wanting to take the jars with them after eating the yoghurt. The only problem are the lids do not withstand cleaning with hot water or sterilizing. The shape changes, lid crack and doesn't fit over the glass jar afterwards. I wish Ultimate will make replacement covers or change the quality of the lids.

My sister-in-law is tremendously health conscious, and it is because of her that I made this purchase. I bought the Ultimate Probiotic Yogurt Maker which included two (1) quart glass containers with lids, a separate order for two more, and these eight small jars with lids. Ahead of all else, I purchased the ingredients for making my dairy delight , and just moments ago, I pressed the start button for the first time. In 36 hours, I will enjoy a magnificent treat! Fantastic product and so very worth the time and money spent.

Love these, we love to make our own yogurt, these make it easy to make portable yogurts for the kids and able to reuse over and over! The ease of Togo without the single use plastic.They are very easy to clean and stack in the cupboard for minimal storage use. I would 💯 buy these again.
