I got this one specifically because it has rechargeable batteries in it and charges via USB. So far I am very impressed and a little disappointed that I have been using manual grinders all these years. The other reason for choosing these grinders is that the bottom comes off making it very easy to refill. I'm not about to try and refill those other types of grinders that have a hole in the side.. no thanks. One handed operation makes these super nice when cooking or marinating meats. The built-in batteries are also removeable, so if they go kaput, you can keep using the grinders with regulars AAA batteries. That was a nice surprise.

I am in love with having both buttons for s&p in my hand. Brilliant design. If you’re on the fence about it, it’s worth it. Ordered Ovente electric dual S&P mill that arrived DOA.. didn’t matter what brand battery I used. I ate that purchase and decided to order Sangcon electric rechargeable Salt and Pepper mills and so far they work as described. I really appreciate the bottom covers that came with sangcons for keeping S&P off counters and (usb) rechargeable batteries!

This item is awesome! However, it went on sale “after” I purchased it! For that reason I am only giving it 4 stars!

The product didn't work. We inserted the batteries as instructed and followed all instructions--tried several sets of batteries to be sure. It would not work, so we're returning.Updating my review: It seems the batteries we used were the issue. We tried several sets (new batteries we had at home), which did not work and led us to believe it was a problem with the item. After receiving the replacement and it not working, we bought new batteries and it worked just fine.

Sister had one and recommended it so we got one and yup I'm sold. Ain't turning back super cool

I’ve had another set before but the convenience of having S & P both in one is amazing plus takes up less counter space. The only part I don’t like is how you fill it. But other than that works great!

Looks great, Easy to fill, easy to use and doesn't take up much space.
