Didn’t come with advertised parts.
After running the unit for awhile I noticed I don’t have a top lid that has the automatic feeding tray but I payed for it. I do not recommend this product.

The feeding tray system has been Discontinued and now have to manually feed
Just so everyone knows, this is my second hey Abby unit purchase and for the people complaining about the auto feeding tray, it's not that you didn't receive it, it's that the phazed out the whole auto tray system to manually doing it and that's all models. It's been this way for over a year now.

Good product
Was shipped with a broken top but was sent a new one after an email to the Abby team. Everything else seems to be great so far.

Would not buy again
Reasons I wouldn’t buy again1. Only a 30 day return policy2. Lack of control3. Did not do well in the germination process. (6 out of 6 seeds died. $80 worth of seeds)4. Not worth the exorbitant cost

Was lackluster
App is clunky and needs improvement. Advertising and published how to’s don’t trend with successful users that are posting on socials. Have to go to multiple places to seek tips and how to’s. Bummer you can only grow one at a time. If it doesn’t make it, you have to start all over. And the app won’t let you remove a plant from it so you have to start another and it’s just so many steps and maintenance. Wish I wouldn’t have purchased if I’m being honest.

Easy and Exciting
Updating my rating - I was finally able to get the device to work by finding a dedicated powerline hidden in the floorboards. Excited to try this out...Gave it 4/5 stars because I have yet to grow anything, but that might change to a 5.
