Love this!
Holds it structure. Comfortable when you have neck and shoulder problems. Pillow cover can be taken off for cleaning, easy on and easy off. You can also buy extra cover separately for a spare.

Improvement
This pillow is an improvement for a side sleeper like me but- need a longer neck to reach the ear holes and the 2 sides would need to be at least 4 inches closer together in order to offer back support and I say that not being a thinner person.

Less neck and shoulder stress with this pillow.
It is a very comfortable pillow. Rolling over is no problem at all. It's comfortable for side sleepers, back sleepers and stomach sleepers. I got a great night's sleep for the first time in a very long time.

Snaps defective
I love the pillow itself, and my original case was fine, but the snaps on this one don’t work. I’ve adjusted the position on the pillow repeatedly and the same 2 of 3 snaps won’t hold together. I wouldn’t care except it looks like my hair might snag on them in the unsecured positions.

Works great after I figured out the zipper.
Originally I posted that the opening for the pillow is too small. I tried several times to get the pillow inside this case but couldn't do it without ripping out the zipper. Then my daughter pointed out that it is a "hidden zipper" and once we got it unzipped all the way, it fits fine. I am very happy with it.

Great pillow, needs pillow case options.
I use silk cases on all my pillows. I'd love to have one for this pillow. It's a good laying on your back pillow too as it props your arms shoulders up. But it leaves indentation on my face if I use it for side sleeping.

My tragus piercings (small studs) snag on the material. Unfortunately, I can’t just take them out when I go to bed.
