Not too shabby! Good flavor!
Probably one of the only affordable low-carb cereals out there that doesn't taste like complete cardboard. It does have an unusual texture but I didn't mind since the cinnamon sugar taste was pleasant. It went well with my almond milk. Being able to have some cereal was a nice break from the usual low-carb fare. Be advised the box is tiny compared to a regular box of cereal, but a serving size is 1 1/4 cups which is decent considering most cereals consider 3/4 of a cup a serving which is a joke if you're hungry. There are four servings per box which makes it really easy to portion out if you are counting calories as well.

Packing peanuts
I'll be honest I don't like giving one star reviews but I think this warrants a public service to warn people not to eat this.I like to start with a positive note and will say that the flavor is delicious and they did a fantastic job with that part. But it's really similar to chewing styrofoam, please don't ask about my personal experiences with that, I wish not to talk about it, but it is very much like chewing styrofoam. If your primary desire is the flavor you can chew it and spit it in the bin but honestly Id just look for another brand.Flavor is very yummy and spot on, would be great if they changed their formula sometime.

Was it discontinued???
I love this cereal. I can’t find it anywhere anymore. I’m so sad.

Other Options
This cereal was dumped after my first bite. Got soggy and the texture is horrible. If you want to eat healthy for breakfast, there are so many other options. This is not one for me. Threw it out and definitely wouldn’t buy again.

Excellent cereal
Excellent cereal, especially for diabetics, Keto diets, and vegans. Each serving has 20 grams of vegetable protein and 2 net carbs, as advertised. By my count there are 5 net carbs. There must be 3 hidden I don't know about or they miscalculated. They do not elucidate on the box. I still give it 5 stars even though it is also expensive. Not to be gross, but it also produces a nice stool. I may be shooting myself in the foot with a nice review, because it is already hard to find sometimes, but maybe the can increase production.

Not the best flavor or texture, but that could be a personal preference
I purchased this wanting to try it out due to the healthier ingredients. It’s about what I expected as it’s not that satisfying, but I command Kelloggs for making the attempt.

Do Not Buy This Terrible Cereal
I feel like the Mediterranean Diet folks are coming for my breakfast bars and Kashi cereal but they will have to pry it from my cold, dead hands. I LOVE cereal from Capt Crunch and Fruity Pebbles to the peanut butter Kashi that tastes like cookies. And yes, the 45 minutes on the elliptical is worth it!However, this gluten-free, taste-free low carb horror matches the nastiness of the Store Brand “Frosted Flakes” I once endured at my weirdly frugal aunt’s house. This is a disgusting product that tastes vaguely of chemicals and cardboard. It’s also insanely expensive given its small size. Do yourself a favor. Eat the box and give the contents to your nutty neighbor’s cat.

Good Keto Cereal
The taste is delicious. The texture is what you would expect for keto cereal. This product is a little on the pricey side but is worth it. The cereal is filling. I will buy again.
