Goon way to transmit 10G around your house

I have many Netgear Pro Switches and other products. They come with lifetime chat support which sounds great at the time.The problems are that you are lucky if you can find a time when it allows you to connect. If you do, you have to get lucky again in order to get through to an agent or it just times out. I've spent over a week trying every day (multiple times a day) trying to get through. Put simply there aren't enough agents.Then if you do get through it's slowwwww. Slow to respond. You get the feeling they are looking up the answers as you ask them because they don't know.I get pointed in the direction of guides which I've already read and need clarification on and they won't provide. They tell me things aren't supported on the hardware which they are. They tell me other incorrect information. It's just a joke!I won't buy another Netgear item as long as I live! Very poor!

It's a simple unmanaged switch, not a lot to say really. Have tested throughput and it seems capable although I only currently have 2 end points that are 10Gbe capable. There is no indication of airflow direction, this seems to be fan is configured to exhaust from the left side. Thankfully the fan is silent rather than the usual 1U screamers.It just works(tm).

It's a switch, it does what it says, linking at 10G if 10G on other end, lower if appropriate.

Utilisé sur un réseau domestique, heureusement il est dans le salon, car dans une chambre ce serait intenable. Les ventilateurs sont plutôt bruyants… sinon techniquement parlant, c’est impeccable, il fait le job à la fois sur les interfaces 10 giga et sur les interfaces 2,5 giga…. Exactement ce que je souhaitais.

Parfait. Un peu compliqué à paramétrer pour un néophyte, il faut penser à faire la mise à jour pour bénéficier des 2 ports 10go. Sinon fonctionne sans soucis. Prix peut-être un peu élevé mais bon la qualité a un coût.

Ras, fonctionne depuis un moment sans faille, débit 10gb/s auto négocié et réel. Sfp+ avec Dac fonctionne sans souci. Plug & play.Un des seuls Switch 10 G à un prix abordable et solide

Fonctionne parfaitement et tiens ses engagements.Par contre le ventilo est très bruyant, comme des roulements qui sont usés... Est-ce normal ? (XS505M)

Largement plus convaincant que la blague Microtik, ce switch fait le job avec une Freebox Delta.
