Great customer service
the handled printer worked fine for few times, then just went dead. the device will stuck on the loading and screen will freeze there, I had complained and send to store about this problem with no hope that they will reply. Actually they did reply me and follow up the case and asked for details and videos to check what is the cause of the problem and then they shipped a spare part to replace with the machine, I received it today 11 April and replaced the board and the printer working great again. Really thankful and appreciated their support and Thier help. Very satisfied with Thier product and service. Thanks again
