I wear a continuous glucose monitor, and almost every other protein bar is filled with refined ingredients that spike my glucose. I was pleasantly surprised to see only a slight uptick (no more than, say, a salad would create) in glucose when eating them. The taste isn't perfect, but what protein bar is? Zero chalk taste. I doubt you could make a better bar with this much protein. Trying the other flavors now.

So delicious. Good macros and they are easy to digest. Great for a little protein dessert or to keep in your purse as an on the go snack.

It blows my mind I paid so much for this bar and it has absolutely no flavor whatsoever. The blandest bar to ever touch my lips. Dries up my mouth and leaves me with a flavor of dust if anything

Very disappointing, I had high hopes but unfortunately didn’t work for me, very chewy and dry at the same time constantly stuck in my teeth, i ordered blueberry and cream to try something different , and i can honestly say didn’t really taste of anything in particular . Such a shame .Not a returnable product but i will not buy again .Update: I've given the company another star as they contacted me and offered me a full refund. The customer service was unexpected and well done.

“Researched” clean whey protein, minimal artificial sugar, and decent amount of fiber in a bar 200 cal or less—-these are it, but unfortunately texture is like eating a mouthful of dry rice crispies, with some faint (not bad) blueberry flavor. Wish I could return them. Can’t recommend them.

These bars are so good! Totally worth it. Great taste and they are filled with great ingredients. Blueberry and cream is amazing.

Very dry. Tolerable with a glass of milk. Don't attempt to take on a hike, you need too much fluids to consume. Blueberry flavor-smell, 3 out of 10. Rather do without for the price.
