The media could not be loaded. The product I received has some questionable growths on the surface. Looks like bacterial growth, and sadly, this item says "non-returnable". I would appreciate a replacement as this is very disturbing.

Love this product. Wears well, lasting, feels natural on skin. The case hinge broke quite easily in my makeup bag. That’s my only complaint—I wish the packaging was a bit more sturdy/durable
