Curious George Grows a Garden (Curious George TV)

Great books for young children
I think I love curious George more than my kids. My daughters are 4 and 2 and I'm always relived when they pick curious George as a show to watch.Because I have enjoyed the show so much I decided to start collecting the CGTV books and I am not disappointed. The story follows along with familiar episodes my girls have seen on TV, so it's fun to have them relate the book to the show, plus it's written in a way that draws the listener into the story such as asking questions about what's happening along the way.I would highly recommend any of the curious George CGTV books to a curious George lover

Cute stories
I usually think curious George stories are too long for kids. But this one kept my 5 year old engaged and we discussed the book afterwards. The stories were very cute and wonderful for a child to understand

Good for a short read/new reader
As expected. Follows the current Curious George tv show. Thick paper pages. Good for a short read/new reader.

Curious George...
This double-book is great -- my little boy loves all the George books -- we have a great time reading them together at bedtime....

Big pictures, little real info, complicated content
Pictures too big and little informative content. What little text is there is confusing with too many characters (man in the yellow hat, man next door etc.) I am a teacher and I got confused so I dont know how kids will understand. Includes couple of good activities that a teacher can do with the kids but I was looking for a book that a child can read by themselves (with a little help) and understand how to grow a plant such as National Geographic level 2 SEED TO PLANT, Young learners LOOK n LEARN, etc.
