I bought a pair of robes just before Christmas - the morning after buying them I had a call from the company to ask about sizing and colour and then received them two days later! Amazing service especially given the time of year and Covid.The robes themselves are lovely and thick, and the personalisation of the names looks really well done and durable. They're so thick I'm sure they'll wash well.One thing to note is that they do come up quite large - I'm a 10 and the medium (which I presume is unisex not a women's medium) is pretty big. Not problematically so, but it does mean the embroidered name isn't in the ideal position (it's half way down my ribs!). The men's robe is equally large, potentially even more as my husband is normally a large/extra large and it's still big on him. I'd suggest checking measurements carefully (and maybe even specifying where you want the embroidery if you're getting it personalised) and maybe going a size down if you're normally between sizes.

Cannot recommend buying this product enough! The quality of the bath robes was incredibly high - super soft and thick. The personalised embroidery also was very high quality and was the perfect finishing touch for the product. Will be coming back for future purchases! Not to mention the customer service was excellent and the delivery was immediate.
