I reach for this book when I can't get the emotion out, when I'm stressed, when i need to cry, when I need my feelings validating. It's the encouragement you need when healing. I've recommend this book so much. It's helped me through therapy, and through many many ptsd episodes.

Sometimes you just need that reminder to put yourself first this book found me at the right time ! I will read it again and again
