Not moveable or reusable.
I loved the decal and purchased it as a window decoration for Veterans Day. I mistakenly thought “Premium Vinyl lasting 5-7 years” meant it could be moved or taken down and reused. Not so. The material is super thin and easily tears since a razor blade is required to remove it. That’s is why I’m only giving 3 stars. It looked great.
