Secure fit and really good grip on ice. They're very durable, I bought these as a replacement not because they wore or got damaged but because I lost one. They are very good value. I wore them while gritting the car park and didn't lose my footing once.Word of advice: they are very slippy on tiled floors, and they don't make walking in the snow any easier. They only work on ice and they do this very well indeed.

These do exactly what you would expect. This is my second pair in a lot of years. Feel confident walking on ice and slippery surfaces. Even better as this new model has a bar over the tops of the foot to stop them from coming off. Great value for money.

They work great as a temporary pocketable way to avoid slipping, put these on you to slip, just walk! But they're not a long day hike type item, the plastic breaks, if you carry some string (e.g. dymeena) as a self repair you can keep going. So long as you know that and use in that context it's a brilliant bit of kit. I use mine to walk to the shops for half a mile it's bliss to have no slipping and walk fast.Does sound like you're walking over eggshells.

These are great for ice and snow. I walk up hills to work and one is very steep so i wont fall walking on slippery ice and reccomend them strongly if you hate falling on ice

Bought these for winter hiking. Reasonably easy to fit, and they transform normal walking boots. Make boots extra grippy in icy conditions. Less grip on tiled floors though, so you need to be careful if you wear them in shops etc. Not too fiddly to put on, but easy to put them on the wrong way round, eg heel on toe, so read the instructions.

I am delighted with these Yaktrax they certainly help a lot and I feel more confident when I wear them so I would recommend them.

These came up incredibly small. Needed to return. Bought because was FREE to return, however, tried to charged! 2 phone calls later (approx 45 minutes total), got a FREE label to return BUT have to go to Post Office. Not as described - avoid this seller. Too much hassle.

Was very skeptical about how well this would work on ice. But absolutely converted. Won't walk on ice without them now. Will fit over any type of shoe, boot or wellie.Needed something other that ice spike grips as I walk dogs and worried I could step on paws and cause damage. This easily solves that problem. And as I said, it works!
