Modern Cream Electric Fire Surround Set Complete Fireplace Package Suite

2 days after ordering my surround arrived alas no fire, 2 hours after contacting Amazon ,seller contacted me after him finding out why it seemed was damaged in transit and courier would not deliver damaged item ,new one was sent by then had assembled surround with no real problems although mantle bit fiddly aligning dowels ,did find better to drill small pilot hole for wall fixing plate and use smaller screws ,hearth real sturdy and looks fantastic now all fully working, loved the fact that coal effect works without fan being on as total silence ,superb for quick warm up while central heating comes on, seller was fantastic kept me informed every step of the way,lovely cream colour matches my décor ,I know looks white took a pic myself and it looks white in that , I am very picky and quality far exceeds price tag

Very pleased with this full fire and surround...it comes as a flat pack but is easy to assemble...looks very classy and well worth the price ..good value for money..

Very nice but one piece was damaged no 7 and trying to find phone number to ring them..

"In the assembly list, step 4, I think it should be emphasized, use 19mm screws only, and not the 21mm. The mantelpiece was difficult to fit, because the dowels and bolts weren't in line with the holes, that was the only hassle. However, my wife and I are very pleased with the item, it looks good. It arrived two days early too, that was nice, well worth the money, ten out of ten."

I had this fire surround set delivered, the assembly was really easy and straight forward and it looks absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this fire surround set and the company who supply it. I am very happy and would most certainly use this company again. Thankyou

This fire surround and fire is a very nice piece of furniture - it did come in flat pack which surprised me but was quite easily put together. Overall I'm very pleased.

easy to build,comes with sections numbered/noted looks brilliant ,just read the instructions first not like me...........lol seriously this was so easy to screw together it looks daunting but it is not it is heavy so you may need a hand to lift it.
