I work on from my phone and this case has been a lifesaver. I love how slim it is. I have had multiple battery cases that were extremely bulky but this is very slim and comfortable. It functions perfect and the LED light indicators on the back make it easy to see how much battery is left on the case. I would highly recommend this case

Today I have received my battery case for iPhone X. Last time I ordered other battery case which was not supported Apple lighting headphones but this case is supported. Also it’s lightweight.

When I got the case, I thought that it was heavy yet thin for a battery case. I put the case on in the morning after charging my phone all night. That afternoon I needed to try to recharge my phone thru the case. I hit the button and it did nothing. I then tried to connect the case to a charging cable. Still the case wouldn’t charge my phone even hooked to a cable. The whole case is a joke and will be asking for a refund.

Worked perfect until 2 days ago. It holds charge but is no longer connecting to the phone nor passing charge through to the phone. It doesn’t appear that anything is broken. Connecting to a lightning cable could be a little more solid. I did have to keep checking it to make sure it hadn’t fallen out enough to stop charging.

It was working pretty good for about the end of the month and now it’s not even charging at all.

Battery case won't charge on my iHome charger which is one of the reasons I bought this case.

I loved this case! It's thin, doesn't add a lot of weight, and it was very easy to get the iPhone in and out of the case. The only problem - which was a deal killer - was that the lightning cord wouldn't stay in tight, which meant it wouldn't consistently charge and you couldn't consistently hear music with headphones or earbuds. I sadly had to send the case back.

The battery case charged but it didn't charge my phone while it was in the case. It was charging all night and when I got up in the morning my phone was dead. I had to take the phone out of the case and charge it. That is a major inconvenience if I have to keep taking the phone out to charge and charge the battery case separately. I'll be looking for a different case to replace this one and sending this case back.

The pros:- Shipping was fast- Provided 1 full charge to my phone- Phone charged before the case when USB plugged inThe neutral:- Item was heavy, but not too heavy- The size became normal after a whileThe bad:- The case began to work sporadically, charging would turn off by itself- Sometimes phone would need to be taken out of the case and put back in to get charging to work- The case stopped charging the phone altogether, no matter what was done to it

Purchased Sept 5th 2018. Received the following week and fully stopped working Friday Oct 12. It didn't even last 5 weeks. Garbage product.

Half the time my headphones don't work plugged into them, luckily I have another bluetooth headset. other than that, it works great.

I loved it when i first bought it and broke after 1.5 months so i bought another one because it did work very well... but now my second one broke again after 2 months so i don’t recommend buying ;(

I was sceptical because it was on the cheaper side but I’ve found it to work exceptionally well.
