These have been great and I have noticed a subtle but real result. I have taken them consistently for about 5 weeks now. Consistency and taking this type of thing daily over time is the way to see them work. Was not expecting a miracle cure because that does not exist!!! I feel like my bladder is stronger and I do feel like I have fewer leaks when I’m walking on the golf course. I wish I didn’t have to worry about leaks but so it goes as we age! Appreciate this quality product for helping me regain some control and I am going to keep with it. Hope it can be available for subscription with a discount soon. I would recommend giving it a try!

Works fine at first, but after a couple of months, less effective.

I ordered this product for help bladder control but not working it’s was worse for my healthEvery 10 minutes goes to bathroom :I cannot sleep all night long.I need to refund :I not recommend to anyone

This product is not effective ( not evenaffective) for women over sixty years of age with bladder control issues. Taken for 4 months and not even the slightest change. Waste of money.
