Works like a charm. I replaced an aftermarket android version from China that was installed in the truck. The Chinese one worked well, from time to time it froze, but what was the worst is the quality of sound on the Chinese aftermarket units. Most of them have cheap preamps and amp sections producing a sound that lacks in power and clarity and just sound very thin despite my truck had the JBL speaker set. I’ve installed this system, huge difference. It’s like listening to an AM station compared to a CD. The JVC deck sounds amazing. I would highly recommend this one. I would avoid the Chinese made systems as their amps and Bluetooth streaming or even direct from USB stick playback just sound very poorly. Spend the extra money it’s well worth it. Plus this unit has never frozen and the software is thus far but free. I love it and highly recommend it.

The JVC KW-M785BW exceeded my expectations! Installation was a breeze, and the built-in GPS antenna is a fantastic addition, greatly enhancing the accuracy of CarPlay/Android Auto for a seamless experience. The clear, glass-like screen feels just like a smartphone—sleek and modern. Highly recommend this unit for both functionality and design!

Works extremely well, perfect fit, and I FINALLY found a unit that was indeed compatible with my vehicle (2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4 door with infinity system). Switched to this after a Sony model blew my instrument cluster pannel (both were professionally installed). I love the wireless connection,sound quality is great, great value, some of the features are amazing-like being able to tilt the view more towards the driver. For my vehicle installation was not going to be easy due to the problems the other Brand caused whichwas the reason for opting for professional installation, but it may be on others of you do your homework and get everything needed before starting the installation. 5* would have been given if the "hands free activation of "Hey Google " didn't stop 10 days after installation, now I actually have to touch the microphone on the screen to activate hands-free calling.

Spent a while looking for a radio that had wireless CarPlay functionality that wasn’t a cheap Chinese radio. All were priced much higher than this specific one. It syncs up pretty quick to my iPhone and works beautifully. Instructions were clear for wiring it up as well. 5/5 would be again for other vehicles I have

Requires pro installation, works well once installed, seriously, unless you really know what you’re doing, this one might be a hassle
