Best domestic water filter backed by truly *Excellent* Customer service
I've had an iSpring RCC7AK 6-stage filter system since November 2017. It was fitted by my local Kitchen & Bathroom company, alongside a new sink/tap and a Harvey whole-house water filter. It has provided brilliantly clear and tasty drinking water since installation, at an annual price of around what we used to pay for bottled tap water. At the time, I also bought a water quality hardness test meter - which showed a TDS (total dissolved solids) value of around 30, compared with tap water's 300.I'm so used to our lovely filtered water that a recent stay at a friend's house gave me a nasty shock when I drank her unfiltered tap water - I could both smell and taste the chlorine! Yuk.Anyway, I'm now starting my second set of replacement filters - best bought as a 3 year supply when the Amazon price is lowest - and found that one of the cartridge filters had a small leak from a screw-in connector; unscrewing it and remaking the joint with PTFE tape just didn't fix it, so I asked for help from iSpring Europe.A very nice man named Don asked me to register my problem on their American website (where I could attach an image of my replacement filter order from Amazon) and then he helped me by sending a set of replacement fixtures, plus some spare connecting pipe. A big bag of connectors (more than I needed, really) came all the way from the USA by Fedex in 4 days and has *completely* fixed the problem. I fitted it in minutes, along with some of the replacement pipe (because I predicted that the angle of the exit pipe in relation to the next filter in the set would probably be different - and it was). No leak, no worries. Wonderful. Now, in case anyone is thinking "well it shouldn't leak in the first place" my response is that this connector has been made/remade several times and is the only part that has ever had a problem. Every other joint has been 100% water-tight. More importantly, I understand the the latest versions of the cartridge-type filters already have this fitting built into the filter - so when I buy my next replacement filter set, all I will have to do is to push-fit in the connecting tube, making changing them very simple indeed! So, if you are looking for a multi-part (and therefore professionally engineered) drinking water filter system, look no further than iSpring. In my view, they sell the best comprehensive water filter which is compact, efficient and delivers a very cost-effective way to drink purified water - with absolutely no plastic bottle waste! On top of that, their customer service is *amazing*. You simply can't do better.

Superb Product and Support.
Used in UK Midlands Area where normal tap water reads between 360-440ppi depending on a season these filters last me 8 months as opposed to 6 months and I'm getting the water levels down to 4-10ppi. I've been running the iSpring system for 1.5 year now and am super happy with it.I've used ZeroWater filter before, but it was too expensive to run it. Yes it cleared everything down to 0, but would last only for 48l (yes I was measuring) which we consume in 6 days just from drinking tea alone. So it costs about £13/week to run. This product is estimated for me to last for 204 weeks which costs £130 - £150 depending if you catch it with a discount. That's £0.63 per week to run this. Plus a little bit of wasted water.Investing into the iSpring system already returned my investment, not in £ yet, but in sanity of not having to refill my filter constantly. With these filters I'm making soup with clean water, washing vegetables, watering plants and it lasts me for months.I've seen the new filter that iSpring is introducing which is going to reduce PPI down to 0 in theory too. Plus it's very beneficial to get the UV filters as well, because most water in UK comes from contaminated lakes ponds and rivers. While changing the filters I've broken a part which costs £13, but the support team kindly sent me a replacement part for free from the US. Later on I found out that the part wasn't broken. I was just not experienced enough! I feel happy to have it now as a spare for many more years to come. All in all can't recommend their products enough.

Definitely Five Stars ISpring Customer Support
I would like to say a HUGE thank you for all team at the customer support of ISpring Water Systems and especially to SEAN.I've had an ISpring RCC7AK 6-stage filter system since November 2014. It was fitted in my kitchen under the sink for all these years. In previous years I always contracted a plumber to change the filters and this year 2023 my husband and I decided to change by ourselves.Unfortunately, by mistake we broke the membrane 4th stage housing cap as it was so tightly fitted on.I contacted the customer service in USA and Sean was very professional and polite, he listened to me and tried to sort out the piece that was broken.I knew that I needed to pay for the new piece + post from USA, but Spring Water Systems just sent me the new piece and I did not have to pay for anything.I just want to say a BIG Thank You to Spring Water Systems and principally for Sean in Customer Services. As I said “ There is many companies for Water Filters but…. there ones that definitely stand out in terms of the customer service and this is the soul of the business,Huge Thanks Guys !!

Solid and Dependable
I bought this water filter about 18 months ago and we are very happy with it. Installing the filter was a bit of a faff and pretty time consuming, but the instructions are not bad at all - just takes 2-3 hours. Once installed it has worked perfectly - we have quite chlorinated water and the filter completely deals with that. The taste is very fresh and the last filter which puts minerals back into the filtered water gives it a pleasant taste. We also bought a large box containing all the filters that we will need for 2-3 years. Changing the filters (some twice a year, some once a year) is fairly easy and takes 5-10 minutes depending how many you are changing. Change done, you hang the filter back on its hooks, close the cupboard door and forget about it for another 6 months!
