It worked lika charm
Replaced my bathroom extractor fan cord switch with this and it worked like a charm. Make sure to take a picture of the existing connection/setup so you can use it as a guide.

12v to 230v SP switch.
Pull cord...Latching switch mechanism. for eg.. Mirror lights. In my case, one is used to drive two 12v LED mirror down lighters, and one is for switching 230v mains supply to razor/toothbrush charging socket. Both on the same Bathroom Vanity unit.Pros... Fitting the switch is straight forward enough. The live or positive in/out cable is the switched line, and connects to recessed screwed switch terminals, and negative/neutral cable leads directly to terminate at the mentioned lights and socket. You need to set the angle at which the switch is secured (A single screw fixing) to ensure that enough lever movement is obtained to fully operate the switch lever. In my example this was super simple because I was replacing the exact same switches like for like. After 28 years of vigorous, use one of the switches had failed. So I renewed both.Cons.... The Draw cord provided with the switch was too thick and impossible to thread through the tiny hole in the switch operating lever. So I had to obtain a slightly thinner cord. Even then, it was a severely fiddley task. However, All done, and working perfectly. So Good result.

Ok but not the best.
I purchased this to replace in a bathroom mirror I had. It was fitted and worked fine, I was chuffed a few weeks later it broke and I’ve had to buy a replacement. I was a bit disappointed as you can imagine.

Good replacement bathroom mirror switch
Bought this to replace a '610' pull cord switch that controlled the fluorescent bulbs in a bathroom mirror; that switch was starting to arc occasionally. The old '610' is made in Germany and no longer ships to the UK. This switch is a very good substitute. The picture is somewhat misleading: it suggests that there is one mounting hole, so that the whole switch might in time rotate a bit. But in fact there is a metal mounting plate, not shown, with tabs that prevent rotation and with two screw holes for fastening the whole thing in place -- the visible hole is for the screw that fastens the switch to that plate. The two screw holes on that plate are very slightly farther apart than on a '610' and the plate is about the same dimensions as the switch body, but set at right angles to the body. After drilling one new screw hole it was easy to fit and works very smoothly.
