They taste a lot like canned clams but less chewy. The sauce is very nice. These could work great in some sort of pasta dish but they're also good straight out of the can.

We ate a lot of really good conservas in Spain. I love having these scallops at home. Keeping a can on hand means I can do an impromptu tapas spread if friends drop by. These have a really good sauce.

While this product is not inexpensive, I find it absolutely delicious, a real treat, sauce and all. It makes a classy gift and cocktail hour offering. Or as a decadent snack.

These give the flavor/mouth feel of canned calamari in a spicy tomato sauce. I enjoy canned meats/seafood, so all i can say is only buy this if you are already familiar with these flavors & textures.

Had them in a salad and they were excellent!

Must try for tinned fish lovers

I've bought a few of these cans before and when its good, it is PHENOMENAL. But I recently bought a few cans that were RIDDLED with worms/parasites.While I know that they are harmless and won't make me sick, seeing a ton of dead cooked worms in your food is very pff putting. I had to throw several cans out. And this wasnt a case of a few worms, I wish I had taken a picture, its was dozens. (and no, I'm not mistaking the ribbony part of the scallop for a worm, there were a bunch of ~2cm long, extremely thin little noodle looking worms in the can). I have a can left still, if it has worms when I open it I will add a picture.
