Not all changes are an improvement - great customer service
They changed the formula and there’s now an oil covering the bars and I’m not a fan of the new crunchy texture. The healthy ingredients are great, I just preferred the previous version.EDIT: After reading my review, the company contacted me and offered to send me a new order with their "modified" formula to try for free. These bars have a much better texture, still have slightly oily film, but they are much better than the initial "new" recipe. Very impressed with the outstanding customer service and looking for feedback.

Good high fiber protein bar
I’ve been eating these protein bars for about 9 months. 2-3 a day. I like them because of the mix of macro nutrients and limited ingredients that is hard to find: high protein, high fiber, low carbs. They’ve enabled me to consistently hit my protein and fiber requirements. My cholesterol is down 25% since I started getting my required fiber. The quality has been inconsistent though. Sometimes the bars are more powdery, sometimes more oily. In almost every package I’ve received lately, there is an oil between a couple of the bars that causes them to stick together. I have to wipe them off before packing to take with me. The chocolate has a creamy texture that can get kind of messy. Some of the bars are covered in an oil that can get kind of messy. Seems to effect the almond based more, while the peanut tend to be the ones that are more powdery at times. I switched to Jacob. More expensive, but they are delicious. Hoping their quality is more consistent than Atlas

Great bars
Best high protein bars I have tried. Wasn’t sure I would like all flavors not being a big Chai fan, but enjoyed them all. Like the fact that they are keto friendly too.

Received a bad batch of bars
I loved these bars but the previous batch was rancid. It tasted like gasoline for some reason. I spit it most of it out. My stomach was sick for a couple days after. I really loved these bars but I'm worried about the quality control now. Good luck.

DO NOT FIX SOMETHING WHEN IT IS NOT BROKEN
TL;DR: Please do not go for this bar unless you prefer a sub-standard product. Atlas bar used to be a great healthy(and tasty!) food item in its old version but the new form is way too ordinary (borderline bad!). The worst part is that you can not return these bars on Amazon. So, think twice before ordering. To the CEO, Atlas: I kindly request you to please refund my $ for the bars that I am stuck with as I ordered more than 3 boxes assuming that this new version of the product would be as good as the old one. I travel a lot for my work and I took 4 boxes of the old product for my 2 month trip to India. It was absolutely fantastic but with this new version you unfortunately have tried to fix something that was never broken in the first place and you have also failed miserably. Sorry. I am extremely disappointed in this new product and I kindly request you to either exchange my current bars for the older ones or refund my money.I do not think I would like to continue using Atlas anymore.I "was" a great fan of this product. It "was" tasty, satisfying, and felt more natural (and less processed). I would highly encourage people to trial a single bar before ordering the box. In it's current form, the following aspects are problematic per me:1. The bars have some sticky thing all over when you open the packaging. My guess is that it is glycerin (or oil) and it does absolutely nothing to its taste. It was way better before.2. The rice crunchies (?? ?), which is a new ingredient in this bar does nothing to the taste. It feels unnecessarily chewy and like any other tier 2 bars.3. Packaging (I know it is not an important aspect!) but the old packaging felt personal and gave a warm feeling of authenticity and love of a small business. The current packaging is the worst transition. It looks a like something that can be used to package some mass-produced unhealthy food item. I do not get it-- why would you ruin such a great product.I am happy to talk offline. Please do not hesitate to reach out.
