Caused me painful pimples I’ve never had before
I started using this product around 3-4 weeks ago and unfortunately I had a bad reaction to it. It caused me two painful pimples, something I’ve never experienced before, not even during my teenage years. This was the only new item I introduced into my diet, so I’m confident it was the cause, especially when the second pimple showed up in a span of 10 days. Given this reaction I just stopped taking it, and I cannot recommend it.
